First off I'd like to sat that when I started the Soul Reaper cosplay, I started head strong then once I got further into it I kind of seemed to lose my determination. I'm just afraid it's goint to come crappy looking but then my cousin restored my faith in myself and had me just go for it. She told me it's your first time making something and can't expect it to be perfect. I thought, " You know what? She's is absolutley right!"  As of now I have nearly completed the bottoms and will start on the top pretty soon.

First I though to myself  man this doesn't look very good. . . =(

As did some more work on it, I then thought This might not be so bad for a noob.

Wise words my cousin spoke.  . . . .  especially since she's only 11 years old haha =)

My cousin plans to go to Anime expo next year cosplaying as Orhime Inoue from Bleach in her Arrancar clothes. She also plans to make her costume by scratch like me. So give he lots of luck and make sure she doesn't get discouraged like me. =D

I will try to get pictures up as soon as I'm finshed with it as well as my new and improved School girl Rukia cosplay.

I have a camera but I can't use it. I don't have any batteries haha plus even if I did it's doubtfull the pics will come out pristine since it's like a crappy $25.00 camera that I got for $15.

Maybe I'll ask my friend if I can barrow her nice, portable, kind of expensive camera lol

. . . whichever comes first. =)

Well it IS your first time, making a cosplay so discouragement would be expected, but you should never let that defeat you.

The more time you work on it, the more better it's gonna be, so I would say keep at it and work on it whenever you can because the more time and work you put into it, the more perfect and awesome it's gonna be. :D
